Foshan Yoboshi Medical Equipment Co., Ltd is a private hi-tech company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, sale of dental equipment and relevant service. Covering more than 30 acres of land, the company tried to achieve cluster development with professional business modes. With molding integration, product seriation and diversification, it improved its R&D, processing and assembly technology to launch Yaxi A, Yaxi Y and Yaxi B models, as well as the world’s first cartoon style dental unit for children, dental handset series, high temperature and pressure sterilizer series, dental vehicle series, oil-free medical air-compressors and painless dental anesthetic apparatus, all of which won reputation from users at home and abroad.

Development History:

In 2001 Yoboshi was established in Taishan, Guangdong by its founder Mr. Huang Liquan, a former dentist who decided to start his career in medical equipment development, production and operation. Huang and his team tried to offer greater value than that of a personal dental chain by serving more dental hospitals and more patients. He has been fully devoted to the integration of product and service.

In 2003 To achieve the advantage of industrial cluster, Yoboshi was relocated to Lecong Town, Shunde District of Foshan, an important industrial base of South China region in order to enter the headquarter of dental industry.

In 2004 Yoboshi introduced modern corporate management mechanism, completed its initial market strategy planning and launched a talent resource strategy to build a talent pool for future growth.

In 2005 Yoboshi re-planned its product range to form a mid and high end product mix. In the same year, it formed a medical equipment import & export company to tap international market and facilitate the export business of industrial partners.

In 2006 Yoboshi acquired more than 30 acres of land in Fuwan Industrial Estate, Gaoming District, Foshan of Guangdong, and invested 60 million Yuan to construct a dental equipment research and manufacturing base. In the same year, it was successfully certified with ISO9001, ISO13485 and passed various product certifications.

In 2006 The Foshan Association for Medical Devices Industry was founded, Yoboshi was elected the president unit of the association by the members of the association, and Mr. Huang, president of Yoboshi was elected the first president of the association. Under his leadership, an active cooperation is formed between the dental device industry and various industrial associations in other provinces and cities as well as the China Association for Medical Devices Industry. A network is constructed to facilitate the spread of information, technological exchange and cooperation, and promote development.

In 2007 Yoboshi formed a partnership with STM, a famous strategic business consultant from Japan to introduce the HIGH BRAIN corporate management practice course. Through a learning and practice process lasting six months, Yoboshi successfully trained a professional team consisting of managerial and technical elites of broad horizon, strong will, innovative spirit and meticulousness. It was exactly at that time the group formed the business philosophy of breaking through boundaries and seeking cooperation. In the same year, Yoboshi applied for and successfully passed CE certification in order to tap European market.

In 2008 In the face of financial crisis, Yoboshi tried to turn a challenge into an opportunity and became dedicated to the creation of value for customers. By enhancing its internal strength and external network, it successfully improved its customer service system and secured a higher than average growth.

In 2009 Yoboshi acquired more than 110 acres of land in Linyi Economic Development Zone of Shandong Province and invested 220 million Yuan to construct a medical equipment production base. The project won approval from officials of municipal government and the development zone’s government due to its fastest development speed.

In 2010 Through more than three years’ R&D and pilot scale test, Yoboshi successfully launched to domestic and overseas market the world’s first cartoon-style dental chair for children, which attracted global attention in the Dental South China Show and the Cologne Show. Care for the children and their future became our common responsibility.

In 2010 The Company has been making an active effort in applying for scientific projects at the ministerial, provincial and municipal level, and keeping track of industrial-academic cooperation projects. It conducted extensive cooperation and exchange with research institutes, and in December of the same year, it was recognized as the country’s hi-tech company, the private technology company of Guangdong, and the top 50 company in Gaoming. The group possesses 69 patents and has passed the certification of FDA.

In 2011 Yoboshi worked with its strategic partner to invest more than 1 billion Yuan to construct the South China(International) Dental Equipment Industrial Estate in Luocun Village, Foshan, Guangdong, the largest medical industry base in South China. Covering a total building area of more than 350,000 square meters, it will become an international scientific and technology park.

In 2012 To cater to the Development Program for South China (International) Dental Equipment Industrial Estate, the group invested a huge sum to construct the South China Dental Equipment Supporting Industry Base on Huafubei Road, Zhangcha Town, Chancheng District, Foshan.
